Hello, and welcome! I am glad that you are here. I believe in meeting a client where they are in life and using a compassionate, caring approach and the techniques that are best suited for your personal needs. I am trained to see a wide range of clients from children through adults, including EMDR, trauma focused, anxiety, and play therapy. I work from a strength-based approach to assist clients in identifying resources and personal attributes that they already possess to bring about desired change within themselves and their relationships I am conveniently located in West Des Moines with easy access to I 235. My office is located within Resilience Therapy + Assessment Services at Woodland Office Park.
