I provide a safe, non-judgmental supportive space to share your concerns, ideas, and dreams. Over the years I have developed a unique skillset to help you assess what is not in alignment and help you address your most pressing concerns. I have extensive training and experience supporting individuals through addictions, trauma, anxiety, depression and other emotional distress that can keep you from feeling fulfilled and at peace.
