I assist individuals, couples, partners, and families in relieving stress, anxiety, and depression. And if you are struggling in your relationships: marital conflicts, separation and divorce issues, communication difficulties, behavioral and boundary issues, anger management, substance use/abuse, or want premarital counseling, grief counseling, or specifically, men’s issues and health, please reach out to me so we can work together to get you where you and your family can feel comfortable and happy living your life. I will be with you in your journey to resolving the issues. I will listen patiently, remain curious, fair, and honest and treat you with respect. You will have a safe place without judgment to process, examine, and understand what is holding you back. We will celebrate the milestones when everyone feels heard, comfortable, and healthy again.
