Introduction

I am passionate about serving variety of communities, who may struggle with depression, anxiety, loss, sadness, gender issues/identity, self-esteem, life transitions, traumas and an array of other challenges that can leave an individual feeling alone, hopeless, and emotionally paralyzed. I desire to build the right therapeutic relationship to provide acceptance without judgment in a supportive, safe space. I am here to be a guide and walk alongside you as you move closer to the healthier, more fulfilled life that you have envisioned. My past experiences have shaped me and helped me to become eager to help others in difficult times. I utilize predominantly cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), as well as other modalities (e.g., person-centered therapy). My goal is to offer guidance and collaborate with you as we focus on what you want your life to look like while building on your strengths and visions. You deserve to live the life that you desire.
