Introduction

Frank is the owner of Embodied Vitality LLC. I believe we all have something unique to offer the world and adversity alone should not stop us from pursuing our fullest potential. When we’re stuck in defense patterns, compassion and creativity go offline. Left unexamined, this can become our normal way of being. Which can kinda work… until it doesn’t. And when the wheels fall off, we’re often faced with another moment of crisis. Having a trusted and skilled therapist can support your mind and body’s ability to rebound from a traumatic experience and create a new way forward. In my work with clients, I offer my unique skill set in service to the unique challenges facing each individual I sit in session with. I apply therapeutic interventions from my training and experience in somatic therapy, parts work, and ecopsychology to facilitate neuro-emotional regulation, integration of past experiences, and the rediscovery of choicefulness. Outside of therapy, I spend most of my time playing music, practicing yoga, and spending time outdoors near my home in Durango, Colorado. We can work together to develop the tools you need to bring the transformation you dream of. Healing takes time, and can be catalyzed by developing connections with the right people at the right time. Let’s find out if we’re a good fit for each other.
