Introduction

I have worked extensively with a wide range of mental health issues including depression and mood disorders, anxiety, relationship issues, substance abuse and addiction, and interpersonal conflicts. My approach draws on concepts of CBT, DBT, IFS, and IPT tailored specifically to each person.
