Introduction

I am bilingual in Spanish and English and bicultural South and North American. I see adults who want a warm and safe place to express and explore whether it's a life transition or change, relocation/acculturation, hardship, exploring the sense of purpose/direction, reconnecting to core values or simply not feeling happy or satisfied. My practice is based on an integrative psychotherapy model including narrative therapy and trauma informed practices. I care about developing emotional literacy, social-emotional awareness and regulation towards building emotional intelligence and empowerment. As an Expressive Arts therapist I work with creative modalities to explore further what is present. Art is always a choice besides spoken word.
