I work to support clients who are navigating a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, substance use, and life transitions. I utilize an integrative approach to clients, drawing on a variety of skills such as CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. I believe in client-focused therapy, where the therapist and client work collaboratively to establish goals and guide treatment. As a Hispanic immigrant, I am passionate about helping those who struggle with cultural issues.
