Throughout my career, I have worked in various settings, including community mental health, college counseling centers, schools and residential facilities, treating clients struggling with a wide range of mental health difficulties. I am passionate about helping individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, situational stressors, and adjustment difficulties. I am an eclectic clinician, utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused CBT, DBT-informed therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, solution-focused therapy, and client-centered therapeutic modalities.
