I help clients dealing with anxiety and depression, relationships issues, grief, life challenges, and transitions. Additionally, I specialize in pregnancy, prenatal and post-partum, helping you during the exciting and challenging journey of becoming parents. Many are the challenges you may face when trying to conceive, during pregnancy, and post-partum. Common challenges are infertility, difficulties with sex and intimacy, grief, anxiety, and depression. It is fundamental to be given the time and space to deal with uncomfortable emotions, reconnect with yourself and your partner, discover how to enjoy your sexuality, learn new coping strategies, and feel confident about who you are and who you are becoming. If you experience any of these challenges, you should not have to face them alone. Rather this is the time to reach out and share your experience, to feel supported.
