Reaching out for therapy can be a daunting task. Seeking outo ptions is the first step. My role as a therapist is to engage my clients in establishing a healthy relationship with themlseves to better serve them in their relationships with others. I strive to help people recognize their strengths, as well as work through their weaknesses and develop positive coping skills to live their best lives. I began practicing in 2009 and have worked with all types of clients, adolescent aged and above, I specialize in eating disorders and women's health with much experience in both of these areas. I also consult with agencies, schools and other community netowrks in providing professional development along with mental health awareness and education.
