I work with clients navigating a variety of challenges, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, and grief. Whether you’re dealing with relationship dynamics, past trauma, or struggles with self-acceptance, my goal is to help you understand how early experiences shape your current relationships and to support you in finding more fulfillment, emotional security, and personal growth.
