Introduction

Welcome! I am a client-centered psychotherapist dedicated to helping my clients accept and connect with their mind, body, and spirit. With degrees from NYU and Columbia University, and extensive training in a private practice in the heart of NYC, I bring a wealth of experience working with a diverse clientele. I honor each client’s unique identity, encompassing age, sexuality, religion, class, ethnicity, nationality, and more. My specialties include treating depression (self-harm behaviors and suicidal ideations), anxiety, ADHD, intimate relationship and family-of-origin issues, and grief. I conduct sessions in both Mandarin and English, embracing a multicultural and Queer-and-LGBTQIA+ inclusive framework. If you are looking for a therapist who not only listens, but also challenges, collaborates, and motivates with humor and compassion, then I could be a great match. It’d be a great pleasure to join you on your journey. You are more than welcomed to book a free consultation call with me to learn more about how we can work together.
