Introduction

Hello and welcome! My name is Jewell and I am so proud that you are taking the first steps to taking control over your mental health. My passion has always been helping people and my career in Social Work has given me that opportunity every single day! I have worked within different communities assisting various vulnerable populations with taking charge of their lives and watering them as they grow. This journey is yours and I plan to walk beside you every step of the way.  I strive to provide a validating safe space that centers around trust and honesty. I want to make sure that your therapeutic experience is worthwhile and a beneficial partnership. I hope to help support and empower you on your journey towards your goals.  My therapeutic approach is rooted in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). CBT has been proven an effective intervention modality for a host of emotional and behavioral concerns. I utilize other evidence based therapeutic modalities, such as Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused, and Strengths-Based approach just to name a few, as well as providing a supportive environment. I invite you to schedule a free 15 minute consultation. I hope to meet you and do everything I can to assist you on your self awareness journey towards healing.  The more you praise and celebrate your life, the more there is in life to celebrate. -Oprah Winfrey Clinical Supervisor: Amber Lane, LCSW-S Supervisor License Number: 65705
