Introduction

Wayne Peterson Stephan, LMHC, CADAC-II I believe that the cornerstone of effective therapy is the therapeutic relationship. Building trust and safety is paramount, as these elements create the foundation for meaningful change and healing. My approach is rooted in providing a safe, non-judgmental and trauma-informed care. Jordan Peterson Stephan, MAOL, MSW, LSW I’m passionate in empowering individuals through providing a safe space of exploration, wonder, and curiosity to work through the adversities faced in pursuit of seeking joy and validation. I am client centered and incorporate positive psychology in sessions. It can be challenging to reach out for help and can feel a variety of ways. I hope to provide a secure space for people to feel heard and validated. When working with teens or children, I take a collaborative approach with the parents. It is so important to me to providing a safe nonjudgemental space.
