I am client centered and incorporate positive psychology in sessions. It can be challenging to reach out for help and can feel a variety of ways. I hope to provide a secure space for people to feel heard and validated. When working with teens or children, I take a collaborative approach with the parents. It is so important to me to providing a safe nonjudgemental space.
