I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor committed to helping children, teenagers, adults, families, and couples. My work focuses on helping those struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, self-esteem issues, etc. I have experience working with many disorders such as ODD, ADHD, ASD, OCD and PTSD. I am also trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), and implement Play Therapy strategies with many. I’m passionate about helping others find happiness and joy in their lives.
