Introduction
As a clinical social worker I look at you as a person in an environment. Collaboratively, we will explore your life including relationships, work, and sexuality. I start from where you are and provide a safe environment to go from there. Together, we can look at any feelings or problems and put them into context. When therapy works it can alleviate stress, inform your decisions and build strength. I work with both adults and adolescents. Call me for an initial phone consult to determine if we are a good match. Currently, my practice is combined both online and in person. If you can show proof of vaccination, don't feel sick and provide consent we can meet in person session. I also provide video sessions when needed.
