Introduction

I am a relational, psychodynamic and somatic therapist who strives to use a feminist, anti-racist, anti-oppression lens in my work. I have received additional training in psychodynamics, mindfulness, somatic based psychotherapy (the Hakomi Method) and attachment-focused eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (AF-EMDR). I welcome children (ages 5+), teens and adults into my practice as well as individuals of diverse racial, ethnic, socioeconomic, and ability identities, and those of various faiths.
