Introduction

Regardless of what has brought you to our doorstep, your humanness is welcome here. It is our intention to walk alongside you with individualized support, education, and encouragement as you navigate the unpredictability of life. We recognize that it is oftentimes difficult to find balance in the duality of life. We sometimes lose our spark and struggle to catch our breath as the mental, emotional, and physical waves crash over us. Fierce renewal is about reminding ourselves that although we may not be able to see or feel the spark within us at times, we have permission to pause as we adapt and rebuild its strength. Our experience includes working with a range of mental health concerns. These concerns include but are not limited to life transitions, anxiety, depression, PTSD/trauma, grief, and substance use. Our therapeutic approaches are grounded in strength-based, trauma-informed care and utilize skills associated with CBT, DBT, ACT, narrative therapy, and more. You deserve the time and intention to allow space for rejuvenation. We look forward to facing the waves with you and hope that our time together leaves you feeling fiercely capable!
