I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and in our sessions we will work together to identify realistic changes that you can make to get closer to living a life free of whatever challenges may be holding you back. My goal is to help you feel comfortable to explore the aspects of your life that brought you to therapy in the first place and to do so in a nurturing and non-judgmental way.
