Introduction

Being a therapist is more than a job for me, it's a calling. Although it has taken different shapes over time, I have always been a helper. I LOVE people, and it is a great honor to be a partner in healing. My approach to service is client-oriented, but I do work primarily from a CBT-informed approach. Depending on what we decide to tackle together, I might use traditional CBT, but I often take an eclectic approach to intervention. As appropriate, I incorporate concepts such as mindfulness, spirituality, and personal values. I find this to be a more holistic approach that focuses on the flourishing of the person and not just the problem to be solved. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I look forward to the privilege of working with you.
