Being a therapist is more than a job for me; it is a calling. Although it has taken different shapes over time, I have always been a helper. I LOVE people, and it is a great honor to be a partner in healing. I believe that most people struggle with something along the way. Our work together aims to address that struggle in a way that achieves growth and supports your flourishing. My goal is for you to leave our therapeutic relationship with tools you can use throughout your lifetime. My approach to therapy is client-centered, and I work primarily from a CBT framework. However, depending on what we choose to tackle together, it might be helpful to incorporate other methods of intervention. In addition to traditional CBT, as appropriate, I often incorporate concepts such as mindfulness, spirituality, and exploring personal values. I find this to be a more holistic approach that focuses on the person and not just the problem to be solved. I look forward to the privilege of working with you.
