I offer services to adults of all ages experiencing emotional distress relating to anxiety, depression, attentional deficits, trauma, self-harm, chronic suicidal ideation, difficulties attending school/job, transitional stressors & identity exploration. The foundation of my therapeutic approach is strengths-based & person-centered, with aspects of narrative therapy & cognitive behavioral therapy.
