Introduction

Are you struggling with overthinking, perfectionism, or self-doubt? Do you feel like life isn’t as enjoyable as it should be, and that your relationships, including the one with yourself, are suffering? When life’s challenges combine with overwhelming emotions and daily stress, coping can become incredibly difficult. If you find yourself going through the motions or pretending to be okay when you’re not, you might wonder if there’s a better way. I’m here to help you make meaningful changes with practical and effective strategies tailored to your unique needs. My goal is to guide you towards a more fulfilling and balanced life in line with your goals and priorities. I offer therapy for a range of issues including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, difficulty with emotions, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Additionally, I am a specialist in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, supporting individuals through all stages of the reproductive journey and beyond. With 16 years of mental health experience, including 8 years working outpatient at UCLA where I continue to practice, I bring a comprehensive and compassionate approach to therapy. Together, we’ll work to uncover the root causes of your challenges and develop strategies that foster lasting change. If you’re ready to explore whether we might be a good fit, I invite you to reach out and schedule a time for us to chat. Taking this first step could be the key to finding the support and transformation you’re seeking.
