I understand it takes a tremendous amount of courage to enter therapy. Let me be the support for you to be the best you, you can be. My goal in working with you is to provide you with a safe space where you can explore your emotional strengths and vulnerabilities. My style of therapy is client centered. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process and that everyone needs to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 14 years of experience. I have experience working with individuals living with reactions to past trauma experiences, addiction, anxiety, depression and personality disorders. I am certified in EMDR and DBT, with influences from other therapies including CBT and MI. If you are ready to embrace your process, I am here to support you in becoming the best person you can be by developing and building the skills to help manage emotions that will lead to you living a healthier more manageable life.
