Introduction

Frederick Behavioral Health Services was founded in 2023 by Meagan Herman, LCPC and Thomas Colligan, LCSW-C with the motivation to create a home for both clients and therapists. We are a practice aimed to provide a comprehensive level of service to include individual and family/couples psychotherapy. Each of our providers have both general and unique therapeutic skills to meet the needs of our clients.
