Introduction

At Kaafi Counseling, we have a team of highly skilled and compassionate clinicians who are committed to providing accessible and mental health services and inclusive space for our clients and community. As a client centered practice, our guiding goal is to support our clients uncover their true potential to pursue a fulfilling and engaged life. In our clinical practice, we utilize various treatment modalities that include, but are not limited to, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF_CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and psycho-education on coping strategies. Most of all, our clinical approach builds on existing resilience within individuals, couples, families and communities; thereby focusing on deeper healing.
