Introduction

In life's journey we encounter many challenges and navigating different phases can often be difficult. As a compassionate and nurturing therapist, I focus on supporting clients through their unique process, working together to determine one's pathway with purpose. As a therapist, I have a holistic approach to counseling, considering how mental, emotional, spiritual, physical/nutritional, social, environmental, and occupational factors impact overall well-being throughout the treatment process. This approach allows me to meet clients where they are and assist them in becoming the best version of themselves. I utilize a strength based approach and believe that everyone has the capacity for change and growth. I strive to make all clients feel heard, seen, valued, and loved just as they are. I lead with a nurturing and patient demeanor, while still directly holding clients accountable for the change they desire. My therapeutic space provides a safe environment for clients to process their vulnerabilities, knowing that I am with them, encouraging them, each step of the way. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults who are dealing with a wide range of issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief/loss, women's issues, communication difficulties, self-esteem, couples/relationship therapy and life transitions. I also have extensive experiences in career counseling - skills/values assessments and job coaching. My treatment approach includes cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma informed therapy, motivational interviewing, strengths based therapy, and solution focused therapy.
