She has over 15 years of experience in providing Couples, Individual and Group Psychotherapy in a variety of settings. She is certified in evidence-based practices such as Gottman Couples Therapy, Integrative Behavioral Couples Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.
