Introduction

As a social worker, I have served individuals experiencing trauma, addiction, death, and all manner of loss for over a decade. In that time, I have come to believe in the power of our bodies to rewire our experiences and reclaim our joy. I am passionate about protecting and respecting each person's right to belonging, self-determination, and self-love. It is my honor to hold a space of unconditional positive regard for my clients as they do the courageous and beautiful work of healing. I currently live on the Central Coast of California in Northern Chumash Territory and provide telehealth therapy services for residents of the greater California area.
