I provide individual psychotherapy mostly from a psychodynamic perspective, and integrates other techniques such as mindfulness-based and cognitive behavioral into treatment as appropriate. I work collaboratively with my clients to develop a tailored treatment plan that takes into account their particular values and needs. I strive to provide a safe, supportive, and authentic therapeutic space in which clients can explore concerns and difficulties, develop a greater understanding of themselves and their relationships, create more positive patterns in how they relate to others, experience personal growth, and work toward their therapeutic goals in a meaningful way. I am bilingual in English and Spanish and can provide therapy in both languages.
