Introduction
Welcome to our practice! We provide individual psychotherapy to adolescents 14+ and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, body image issues, and trauma. We also have virtual support groups running for those in eating disorder recovery. We use an eclectic approach, tailoring the treatment to the individual. Some approaches we use include art therapy, psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy, strengths based, trauma focused, collaborative.
