Introduction

If you are having feelings of sadness, irritability, hopelessness or are currently experiencing a life stressor, we can help. In addition to being a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am a Community Psychologist who has considerable experience working with many different populations. I am licensed and certified to meet the growing needs of the world we live in. I am committed to developing a caring and compassionate relationship with the individuals I serve. I have over 20 years of experience and expertise in issues dealing with children, teens, and adults. I offer individual, group and family therapy. Some of my areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, and relationship issues. My goal is "To meet you where you are". I utilize evidence-based approaches to treatment including Cognitive Behavior Treatment (CBT), Gestalt, Motivational Interviewing and Play Therapy. My style is collaborative, caring and nonjudgmental allowing me to support, empower, and challenge you, to encourage confidence and growth.
