Eve’s approach emphasizes the mutual development of goals for individual clients as well as a more integrative, dynamic, and holistic approach to mental health. Eve works with each client to find a balance between acceptance, responsibility, and change using evidence based strategies. Eve's goal is to have her clients feel more emotionally regulated and focused so that life can be less stressful and more enjoyable. Her practice philosophy is driven by the belief that change and healing are possible, with the right support and resources. Each individual person can be empowered to find ways to help live life with inspiration and intention.
