Coming from a background including a law degree (UC Berkeley), a previous life as an app founder/ entrepreneur, and healing from a life-changing illness help me deeply empathize with people in high-stress situations and major life transitions. I combine training in psychodynamic therapy, DBT, mindfulness, yoga, and somatic work to provide an approach to healing that is integrative, holistic, and effective. Drawing from a multitude of modalities enables me to tailor and adapt therapy to each person's specific needs. My work is informed by modern, evidence-based methods of psychotherapy as well as ancient wisdom traditions including Buddhism, Hinduism, and Judaism. I am accepting new clients including individual adults, teens, and especially couples.
