Introduction

My name is Eve-Lynn, most people call me Eve. I am a Licensed Therapist (LPCC) in Minnesota and Wisconsin. In today’s world, many of us can often feel alone, isolated, and overwhelmed. It takes courage and strength to reach out for support and connection. I am here to support you in navigating challenging times individually, as a couple, or as a family. You can expect an authentic safe space to feel heard, validated, and understood while we work on challenging old thoughts, feelings and behaviors that no longer serve you. I have worked with clients in a wide range of concerns and enjoy working with individuals, couples and families. We often work really hard to control our environment and avoid looking inside ourselves and dealing with the hurts that keep us stuck. By looking inwards and exploring, healing, and processing those hurts I am confident that we can live happier, more joyful and more connected lives. Together, we can focus on finding the right tools and strategies that help you feel empowered, more grounded, and hopeful. Another passion of mine is working with and supporting first responders. I volunteer as a Mental Health Professional on the Arrowhead Critical Incident Stress Management Team (CISM) and other first responder organizations. I am professionally trained in a number of different types of therapy that support my chosen specialties and they are further explained below. I am happy to answer any questions you might have and I look forward to learning more about you and supporting you.
