I'm Eve Coke, MS, NCC, the Owner/CEO of Mindfulness Path, LLC. I embody the rich cultural diversity of New York City, rooted in my native Caribbean heritage. As a dedicated writer, educator, self-professed sci-fi enthusiast, and devoted cat mom, I bring a unique blend of passion and empathy to my professional endeavors. My academic journey culminated in a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida Atlantic University in 2016, where I focused on neuropsychology. Continuing my pursuit of knowledge and service, I then earned a master’s degree from Barry University in 2020, specializing in both mental health counseling and marriage/family counseling. Driven by my fervent commitment to assist individuals, families, and couples in overcoming life’s challenges, I has amassed over 3,000 hours of clinical experience. My approach is rooted in the belief that therapy should be a human experience, tailored to each individual's needs. Drawing from a diverse array of research-based modalities, crafting a personalized therapeutic journey for every client. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (and its branches ACT and DBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy. I love to empower goal-oriented clients to enhance their communication skills, nurture healthy relationships, and navigate mental hardships with resilience and lasting transformation.
