Hello there! My name is Eve and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I realize sometimes we are feeling off balance so we search for some help. Sometimes we are confused about if what is going on is "normal" OR we may just need a little help to get on the track we want to be on. You may be feeling overwhelmed, shutdown or just noticing some stuck points that you need support and tools for. Certain seasons of life: like when we experience loss... can take us on a rollercoaster where we do not feel like ourselves so, we need someone who can walk with us through that. Perhaps anger is getting in the way of relationships or you don't really feel close to anyone. Our world, communities, family, work, school all pose both challenges and opportunities to grow through the hard parts but, it all starts with you. Caring for your self and overall health gets you to the places you want to go. Perhaps, you have collected many tools along the way but they either stopped working or you are just too stuck to use them. You are frustrated! I understand. I also have ways to help you get unstuck. Through empathy and 14 years of experience I have been helping people grappling with what can be changed. I have worked in multiple settings with those who have been hurt, (verbally, physically, emotionally, etc) as well as those who have acted out in hurtful ways. Change is possible! If any of this rings true to your circumstance or if you are looking for someone to help you through a stressful time I would love to support and give you tools to come out the other side healthy, whole, and balanced. Reaching out for help takes strength and you have that strength because you took the first step to look. Keep pushing forward, take the next step. * If you are uninsured or underinsured for mental health care.
