As a Counselor, I believe that we are ambassadors of hope. Hope is a powerful force—it allows us to envision a future beyond our struggles, to believe that change is possible, and to take the steps necessary to heal. Whether you or a loved one is facing challenges with emotional regulation, trauma, relationship difficulties, or mental health concerns, I strive to provide a safe, supportive space where hope can grow an transformation can begin. At the heart of my approach is trust, which is why I create an environment where all clients feel safe, heard, and understood. As a Marriage and Family therapist, I realize that every relationship has its ups and downs, but when disconnection, resentment, or unresolved conflict take hold, it can feel hopeless. I work with couples and families struggling with communication breakdowns, trust issues, emotional disconnection, and major life transitions. Using specific evidence-based approaches including Gottman Method, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy, I help couples and families rebuild intimacy, improve communication, and develop strategies to strengthen their attachment and relationship with each other. No matter how difficult things may feel right now, I believe that hope can be restored, and relationships can heal. As a Child and Adolescent therapist, I recognize that children and teens often struggle to understand and express their emotions in ways that adults understand. Tantrums, defiance, withdrawal, school avoidance, or emotional shutdown may all be signs of deeper distress. I offer individual therapy and family-focused sessions, depending on your child’s needs. My goal is to help children, teens, families uncover the underlining causes of these behaviors and build effective strategies and coping skills to restore peace at home and in school.
