Introduction

I have experience helping clients with a wide range of needs, such as anxiety, trauma, depression, and other problematic areas through a variety of therapeutic interventions. We will work together to explore current and past stressors and how they affect you. My goal is to explore your needs in a manner that meets you where you are and leads to stronger insight, depth, joy, peace, and hope. I have worked with a variety of clients ranging in age, gender, and ethnicity. I also have experience working with treatment resistant individuals (persons who have not benefited from therapy models in the past).
