Introduction

Hello there! My name is Euriah (Dong E.) Lee and I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist practicing in California. I specialize in working with individuals, couples and families to address specific mental health concerns, such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, and self-esteem/exploration. I love helping people find meaning and growth in life by using a variety of therapeutic approaches and interventions, including CBT, EMDR, mindfulness tools, and strength-based and trauma-informed therapy (depending on your needs). Through these approaches, I will help you recognize and process unresolved material and heal from deeply rooted emotional pain so that you may be able to live a more meaningful, joyful, and authentic life. Ever since my journey as a therapist started, I’ve worked in schools, different agencies, and medical settings where I’ve encountered people from diverse backgrounds and age groups with whom I have been grateful to work. I integrate my experiences with compassion and sensitivity to provide integrative and culturally-informed mental health care in a warm, nonjudgmental space. I can provide therapy services in English and Korean. Please feel free to visit my website: http://timeforme-therapy.com or email me at euriahlee.lmft@gmail.com.
