Hi! I provide supportive therapy while promoting authentic self-awareness, personal growth and healing. My approach is person-centered with a combination of behavior therapy interventions. Specializing in trauma-informed therapy, recovery from abuse, crisis intervention, consultation, clinical supervision and anger management. I provide educational tools to reinforce your strengths and break down any barriers. Over 15 years of experience working in residential treatment and community mental health settings before opening my private practice in 2017.
