She brings a unique perspective and eclectic style to the field of mental health that allows her to draw from a diverse range of therapeutic approaches, tailoring methods to the specific needs of clients. Believing in the power of normalizing therapy, she has spent the last 17 years normalizing therapy and breaking down barriers to provide a safe and inclusive environment for healing and growth. Services currently being offered are Individual, Couples, and assessments for emotional support animals. Performance Improvement and Life Coaching sessions are available by appointment as well.
