Introduction
I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 18 years of experience practicing in community and college settings. I see individuals, couples, and families, who present with a wide variety of concerns. I hold a Masters degree from Syracuse University in clinical social work. I also trained at the University of Sussex, UK, in psychoanalytic and psychodynamic approaches. Before settling in Ithaca, NY, I lived in two other countries and also spent several years in Boston, MA. My clients and I collaborate in creating the counseling approach that best suits their needs: typically, this is a personalized combination of modalities, aimed at enhancing their strengths, resilience and overall well-being, and at meeting their goals.
