I have a passion for utilizing skills to help clients manage/reduce symptoms of depression/anxiety. I believe in showing up as authentically as possible with my whole vivacious personality to build warm connections. I am tough and gentle. I accept you as you are and I push for change to bring you closer to your goal. I serve individuals and groups. I utilize CBT, DBT, IFS and EMDR. I utilize skills. I have been foundationally trained in DBT and EMDR. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient. I enjoy collaborating with clients who struggle with depression, emotional distress, fear of abandonment, grief related to life transitions, stress management, etc..
