Hi, I’m Eryn McEwan. I’ve been a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) for 18 years, and a certified life coach and nature-based coach for over a decade in private practice serving adults in the greater Boston area. I support people experiencing anxiety, grief, trauma, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, and more. My counseling approach combines fundamental root insights, mindset shifts, strategic direction, and practical coping strategies. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities together, including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Relational Therapy, Life Coaching, Meditation, Mindfulness, Psychodynamic therapy, etc. based upon each client’s specific needs. My approach is compassionate, authentic, reflective, and collaborative. My communication style is filled with deep listening, warmth, directness, and a side of humor. I’m passionate about supporting clients as they work through the issues that brought them into counseling, build awareness, discover what they really want, and then realize the desired transformation. As a former marketing manager in corporate america turned clinical social worker, life and nature based coach, and meditation teacher - I’ve had the opportunity and honor of helping hundreds of people make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives.
