Erin focuses her clinical attention to working with children, adolescents, teenagers and young adults (ages 5-22). Erin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her Master in Social Work from Monmouth University and has over 8 years of experience serving youth in school, home and outpatient settings. Erin utilizes a person-centered approach when working with her clients to build a safe, supportive and positive environment throughout the course of treatment. She utilizes an array of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational interviewing, among others. Erin incorporates play therapy techniques into her sessions when working with children to optimize participation and progress towards treatment goals. Erin specializes in treating anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, suicidal ideation and self-harm, adjustment issues, stress management, strengthening emotional regulation, behavioral challenges, relationship issues and more.
