Introduction

Sometimes, you just need someone to talk to. Not your mom, not your hairstylist, and even your friends might not want to be your therapist. I have the degree, license, and training to be a therapist, sure, but where I excel is in forming a relationship with YOU so I'm someone you look forward to chatting with on a regular basis. I am not a fan of anything stuffy or inauthentic, and connecting with clients and seeing real, positive change is my favorite part of the job. So whether it's anxiety, depression, trauma, issues surrounding life changes like career decisions or having kids (or so many more things!), I'm your girl. Let's connect!
