I help people who feel stuck in their lives or held back by their past stories. My clients include overwhelmed parents, people weathering life transitions, and those struggling with anxiety or grief. My clients want to understand the patterns that have brought them to where they are so that they can consciously and compassionately choose their path for the future. In our work together, you can expect tailored care that aims to help you move toward the life you want. My therapeutic approach is empathetic, honest, and uncensored. I listen deeply to my clients with compassionate curiosity. You will feel seen, heard, and hopeful. Like you, I have lived a life full of joy and heartbreak. I know what it’s like to have the wind knocked out of you by grief, the life you had imagined changed in an instant.
