Introduction

I am excited to meet with you! I love my job and working with women who desire clarity towards their purpose, their values, their identity and their core beliefs. About 80% of the clients I am currently working with are mothers of young children or soon-to-be-mothers. I also frequently work with females in the helping profession (educators, health care workers, etc.). Trauma-Informed care is something I am passionate about. Another part of my job that I enjoy is providing clinical licensure supervision to provisionally licensed social workers in Missouri. The type of therapy offered to my clients is researched to be highly effective in treating trauma and stress symptoms, changing your own undesirable behaviors, improving your view of yourself, and accepting the view of the world you live in. I am an EMDR trained therapist that incorporates IFS and parts work into every session. All therapy sessions are provided as telehealth through a HIPAA secure platform. A free 15-minute consultation can be booked through my website. Cost is $115 per session.
